I'm an Instructional Designer and Digital Learning Specialist who creates engaging, learner-centered training that helps people build knowledge and confidence. I specialize in designing interactive eLearning experiences and partnering with subject matter experts to transform complex information into practical, accessible learning.

Before transitioning into instructional design, I spent nearly 20 years in education. That experience shaped the way I approach learning design today—grounding every course in sound instructional practices, meaningful learner engagement, and real-world application. I hold a Master's Degree in Education and a Certificate in Instructional Design and Learning Development, combining educational expertise with modern learning technologies.

In my current role, I lead the full instructional design process—from needs analysis and storyboarding to development, implementation, and evaluation. I develop self-paced eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and Canva, while also administering our learning management system and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences for adult learners.

I believe learning should be engaging, purposeful, and accessible. Whether I'm developing scenario-based courses, creating animated videos, or designing interactive learning activities, my goal is to create experiences that help learners build knowledge, apply new skills, and feel confident in what they've learned.
